How to File a Complaint
First contact the DCFS caseworker and supervisor to express your concerns. If, after talking to the DCFS caseworker and supervisor, you are still not satisfied, contact the DCFS Constituent Services Specialist at (801) 538-4100.
If your concern still has not been resolved or if you need assistance in contacting the appropriate person, call the Office of Child Protection Ombudsman at (801) 538-4589.
